“Meet the Introspective Wellness team”

Rah’Meka Patrick, LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 13 years of experience in education including College and high school instruction. I attended Liberty University’s Christian Counseling Program and transitioned to psychotherapy in 2020.
Working with people is what I do!
As a mom of three, with children spanning adult-age down to toddler, I understand the stressors life can put
on you. The art of balancing the facets of life can be very taxing. Sometimes the things we encounter in life can be hard to go through. My goal is to listen and walk with you on your journey.
Chris Randle, QMHP & Certified Life Coach
I’m a Certified Life and Development Coach based in Texas with a passion for helping people create real
change in their lives. With a background in psychology and a commitment to lifelong learning, I focus on empowering my clients to boost their confidence, develop healthier habits, and build lasting resilience. My approach is simple and practical. Whether you’re looking to overcome obstacles, unlock your potential, or
simply bring more balance and joy into your life, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. I take pride in celebrating every success, big or small, and believe that sustainable growth happens when you feel heard, understood, and supported. Let’s work together to transform your challenges into opportunities and set
you on the path to a brighter, more fulfilling future.

Kansas Watts, Wellness & Fitness Coach
Helps clients gently reconnect with their bodies through meditation, mindful movement, strength training, and yoga, creating realistic practices that support counseling goals.
Charul Verma, MS, RD – Dietitian
I became a dietitian after navigating my own health journey with hypothyroidism and discovering how powerful the right nutrition can be in improving health, energy, and overall well-being. That experience inspired me to help others feel better in their own bodies—without guilt, restriction, or overwhelm.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition, and I’m a credentialed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I have experience working with individuals across all stages of life, including pregnant and postpartum women, infants and children, bariatric patients, and older adults.
I support clients with conditions such as diabetes (Type 1, Type 2, and gestational), high blood pressure, high cholesterol, metabolic health concerns, digestive issues, weight management, and preventive wellness. My goal is to make nutrition simple, practical, and sustainable.

My approach is realistic, compassionate, and fully personalized. I believe food should be enjoyed—not feared—and that small, consistent changes can lead to lifelong habits that help you look, feel, and live better. 🌱

Nicole Wallace, LPC – Associate
Supervised by Keely Rodriguez, LPC-S
I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and women’s health issues such as infertility, perimenopause, and menopause. I provide a safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My approach is integrative, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy while incorporating elements of existential and narrative therapy. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, build practical coping skills, explore personal meaning, and develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique goals. I believe healing begins with understanding, and I am committed to helping clients build resilience, create lasting change, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
Cynthia Frazier, LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Texas, Georgia, and South Carolina, as well as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. I work with adults ages 17 and older, helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, adjustment challenges, and the everyday stress that life can bring. My experience also includes supporting individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries, military families, members of the homeless community, and those involved in the criminal justice system.
As a mother, I understand that life is often messy and rarely follows the plans we make. I strive to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where everyone feels heard, supported, and empowered to move forward. Whether you’re facing a difficult season or simply looking to better understand yourself, my goal is to help you build resilience, discover your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.
